If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled (if applicable) and secured in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrap.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  For large items, we will coordinate a professional carrier to pick up the return from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
